超滤设备及膜应用
超滤膜是介于微滤和纳滤之间的一种膜过滤,适用于物质分离、浓缩和提纯的一种膜分离技术。它在实际应用中一般以截留分子量表征,只要用于将溶液中的大分子、胶体和微粒与溶剂等小分子物质进行分离。使大分子、胶体和微粒等被截留于膜表面,由物质循环流动带走而成了浓缩液,达到物质分离、浓缩和提纯的目的。超滤装置的应用领域主要涉及食品、饮料、生物医药、精细化工、工业废水处理与回用等。
超滤膜技术
在我国,超滤技术的应用在果汁澄清工艺中已占有主导地位。新压榨出的果汁中含有果胶、果肉碎屑、淀粉、蛋白、固体悬浮物、微生物代谢等多种致使果汁浑浊的物质。
采用超滤对果汁进行澄清,可使其中的糖类、有机酸和水等小分子透过膜,而截留其中多数大分子物质,得到澄清无菌的果汁;超滤过程无须助滤剂;工艺过程短,人工费用低;是较为经济有效的果汁澄清方法
工业生产的酶制剂一般要进行分离提纯,传统真空蒸发、溶剂萃取等方法存在着诸多弊端。
现在采用超滤技术进行酶制剂的分离浓缩,则可在常温下操作,克服热对发酵制剂产品品质的影响;除去其中的小分子杂质,保证滤液的纯净度和品质的良好性;过滤过程无相变,能耗和成本较传统方法都低;设备运行简便,易于操作和控制,因而很快成为了生物制药等行业分离浓缩工艺的首选。
